What happens if my job is cancelled?

At Go4, we want to make sure your time is protected when a confirmed job is canceled. Here’s a quick overview of how cancellation fees work (effective January 1, 2025):

Cancellation Fees

  • 25–72 hours before the job:
    The Job Poster is charged 25% of the shift cost. This amount is paid to you.

  • Within 24 hours of the job:
    The Job Poster is charged 50% of the shift cost. This amount is paid to you.

    Please note: weather cancellations are excluded from this policy

How You’re Protected

  • Compensation for eligible cancellations is automatically processed through Go4—no need to follow up or submit an invoice.

  • All payments from cancellations will be deposited directly into your account according to our standard payment schedule.
