What happens if my job is cancelled?
At Go4, we want to make sure your time is protected when a confirmed job is canceled. Here’s a quick overview of how cancellation fees work (effective January 1, 2025):

25–72 hours before the job:
The Job Poster is charged 25% of the shift cost. This amount is paid to you. -
Within 24 hours of the job:
The Job Poster is charged 50% of the shift cost. This amount is paid to you.Please note: weather cancellations are excluded from this policy
How You’re Protected

Compensation for eligible cancellations is automatically processed through Go4—no need to follow up or submit an invoice.

All payments from cancellations will be deposited directly into your account according to our standard payment schedule.
