Managing Your Go4 Profile

Learn how to update your profile information, manage your preferences, upload profile details, and keep your account information current to improve your experience on the Go4 platform.

Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure you receive relevant shift opportunities, maintain accurate account information, and present yourself professionally to organizations using Go4.

Athletic Trainers can update their profile information at any time through the Go4 app.


Accessing Your Profile

To access and edit your profile:

  1. Open the Go4 app.

  2. Select the menu on on the upper left-hand corner (3 horizontal line icon).

  3. Select EDIT PROFILE.
  4. Review the information you'd like to update.
  5. Save your changes once complete.

Changes made to your profile are reflected immediately unless additional verification is required.

Depending on your account, you may be able to update:

  • Profile photo
  • Contact information
  • Biography and professional information
  • Resume
  • States where you are licensed
  • Preferences and job settings
  • Password
  • Banking information
  • Credentials and supporting documentation

Important Note: Changes to required credentials such as BOC certification, Professional Liability Insurance (PLI), or state licensure may require review by Go4's Verification Team before becoming active.

  • Board of Certification (BOC)
  • Professional Liability Insurance (PLI)
  • State Licensure or Certification

Credential updates are reviewed by Go4's Verification Team and are typically processed within 24–72 business hours.
