Updating Your Organzation's Account Information

Learn how to update your organization's profile, contact information, billing details, notification preferences, and other account settings within Go4.

Keeping your organization's account information up to date helps ensure a smooth experience when posting jobs, communicating with Athletic Trainers, managing billing, and receiving important account notifications.

Within your Go4 account, you can manage key information such as your organization's profile, contact details, payment methods, notification preferences, and financial recipients. Maintaining accurate information helps prevent delays, ensures the right individuals receive important communications, and supports a more efficient hiring experience.

Keep Your Profile Current
We recommend regularly reviewing your organization's information to ensure contacts, billing details, payment methods, and notification settings remain accurate. Keeping these details up to date can help avoid missed communications, payment issues, and delays when managing coverage.


Accessing Your Profile

To edit your account information:

  1. Open the Go4 app.
  2. Navigate to your Profile.
  3. Select the section you would like to update.
  4. Save your changes.

Personal Information

Within your profile, you can update information such as:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Organization Name
  • Organization Website
  • Organization Type
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • ZIP Code
  • Profile Photo

Important Note: Your contact information is used for important account notifications and job-related communications. Make sure your email address and phone number remain current.


Financial Reporting and Recipients

Organizations can provide additional team members with visibility into Go4 financial activity by adding them as recipients for financial exports and receipts.

This feature is especially helpful for:

  • Finance teams
  • Accountants
  • Bookkeepers
  • Administrators
  • Operations staff
  • Organizational leadership

Recipients can be configured to receive:

  • Financial Exports – Detailed transaction history and reporting data generated from the Finance section.
  • Receipts – Transaction receipts related to payments processed through Go4.

To add a recipient:

  1. Navigate to your account settings.
  2. Locate the Financial Reporting section.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address.
  4. Select whether they should receive:
    • Receipts
    • Financial Exports
    • Both
  5. Click ADD.

Increase Financial Visibility
Adding additional recipients helps ensure key stakeholders within your organization have access to important financial information without requiring access to the primary Go4 account. This can simplify reconciliation, budgeting, reporting, and invoice management across multiple departments.

Financial exports provide visibility into your organization's transaction history, completed shifts, service fees, and payment activity, making them a valuable tool for accounting and financial reporting purposes.


Payment Methods

A valid payment method is required to post jobs on Go4.

Your payment method is used to process charges once services have been rendered by an Athletic Trainer.

To update your payment method:

  1. Navigate to your account settings.
  2. Select Payment Methods.
  3. Add or update your payment information.
  4. Save your changes.

Payment Processing
Go4 does not charge organizations to post jobs. Organizations are only charged after an Athletic Trainer successfully works and checks into a shift through the Go4 app.

Keep Payment Information Current
Expired or outdated payment methods may prevent jobs from being posted or cause delays in payment processing.

Yes. Organizations can add additional email recipients to receive finance exports generated through Go4.

What is the difference between Receipts and Exports?Receipts are transaction-specific records related to payments processed through Go4.

Exports provide broader financial reporting and transaction history that can be used for reconciliation, budgeting, accounting, and reporting purposes.

Do additional financial recipients need their own Go4 account?
No. Financial reporting recipients can receive exports and receipts via email without needing access to the organization's Go4 account.

Can I remove a financial reporting recipient?
Yes. Recipients can be added, updated, or removed at any time through the Financial Reporting section of your account settings.

Can I update my payment method?
Yes. Payment methods can be updated through your account settings at any time.

We recommend updating payment information promptly if a card expires or banking information changes.
