When you create a Job Poster account with Go4, you select the Profession you need to hire, and the Organization Type. These two values are the defaults that pre-populate the "Profession Needed" and "Setting" fields when you create a new event.
If you had a Go4 account before these fields were added, or if you want to change your account's default settings, go to the Edit Profile page by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your Go4 Account > Edit Profile.
Scroll down and adjust the "Organization Type" and "Profession you need to hire" fields.
