How do I get to the Go4 EMR?

To get the EMR just download the latest version of the Go4 app. The Go4 EMR is HIPAA Compliant. 

What is the EMR Demo?

The EMR Demo button allows you to explore and play with the EMR without creating an actual record. Actual records are entered into the EMR HIPAA secure database, where the de-identified data can be used by researchers to support position papers or by NGBs to make data-backed rule or equipment changes.

If I delete and reinstall the Go4 app do I lose all my records?

No. If you delete the app, reinstall the app or update the app your records will still be there.

What do you do with the data collected?

In the future, we hope that collected de-identified data will help researchers and NGBs make data backed policy decisions.

Do you have to have a Go4 account to use the EMR?

Yes, you have to have a Go4 account to use the EMR. Accounts are free and the EMR is free to use. You can use the EMR  for per diem shift off the platform, at your regular 9-5, wherever, whenever. 

How do I view a previous record?

When you click on the EMR button, you will be brought to your EMR Dashboard.  Here you will see all of your previous records.

How do I addend a record?

If you want to addend a medical record you have already written, simply pull up your Go4Ellis EMR dashboard, pull up the previous record and hit the “add addendum” button.

How do I send a record to a parent?

To send a medical record to a parent, simply press the “send medical record” after you have completed the medical record.  You can also send a medical record by clicking into your previously entered medical records and selecting “send medical record” there.

How do I resend a record to a patient?
