These are the main reasons for not being paid for a shift you worked.
- Forgot to CHECK-IN
- First-time payments typically take up to 7 days to process. After that transactions take 48 hours to process
- The Job Poster is paying via ACH. ACH/Bank payments take 7-10 days to process.
- Invalid bank account and/or routing number
Job Poster payment source was declined
In order to be compensated for a missing payment please email the required info below to email@example.com. From there our customer service team will work with the finance department to issue a payment to your account.
- Email associated with your account
- Name of the event you worked
- Name of the event operator
- Shift start and end time
