I Forgot to Check In, How do I get Paid?

Forgot to Check In

First, please note that you can check in anytime on the day of your job. It does not matter what time you check in, as you will still be compensated the listed time you confirmed for.

If you work a job but forget to check in on the app on the day, Go4 still ensures you will be compensated! Please email the required info below to contactus@go4.io:

• Email associated with your account 
• Name of the event you worked 
• Name of the event operator
• Shift start and end time 
• Rate

From there, our customer service team will work with the finance department to issue a payment to your account.
