Athletic Trainers can view a Job Poster account's Response Rate and Cancellation Rate when viewing a shift they are considering. These rates provide context around an account's responsiveness to applications and the likeliness of having a confirmed job canceled.
As a Job Poster, you have access to an athletic trainer's Callout History and Reliability Score before accepting them for a shift. We wanted to extend this transparency to athletic trainers, helping them make informed decisions when selecting shifts to apply for, just as job posters do when deciding which athletic trainer to hire.
We want to ensure that both Job Posters and Athletic Trainers can make better hiring decisions and nurture reliable relationships through the Go4 platform.

Response Rate
The Response Rate is a percentage that tracks how often your organization responds to applications. A high Response Rate displays a reliable Job Poster who actively manages their shifts.
Cancellation Rate
The Cancellation Rate is a percentage that measures how frequently you cancel shifts after an Athletic Trainer has confirmed to work. A lower Cancellation Rate reflects a more dependable job posting experience, where confirmed shifts are more likely to go forward as planned.
