1. When will I be charged?
When posting a job, we require a payment method; however, you are only charged for worked jobs. The athletic trainer must check in on the Go4 app to get paid. You are emailed a receipt for all charges and can access a Finance report. If there is ever a payment issue, reach out, and our team will help fix it!
If you need to pay with a bank account (ACH), email us at contactus@go4.io and we can set this up for your account.
2. When can I expect applications for my job?
After your job is posted, it is marketed to athletic trainers in the area. Our network includes over 20,000 ATs and is growing every day.
Most jobs receive an application within 48 hours. We suggest boosting the rate if you don’t receive an application in a few days, as this is the #1 reason a job goes unfilled.
Act fast—you have 7 days to respond to applications before they expire. After you accept an AT, they have 24 hours to confirm the job.
3. How do I view an athletic trainer’s credentials?
Credentials are part of the athletic trainer’s Go4 profile. On an AT’s profile, you can verify that their credentials meet your requirements and view their work history. All Go4 ATs are required to have a National Certification, State License (where applicable), and Professional Liability Insurance. If you require additional credentials or clearances, you should list them in the Details section of the job.
4. What if the time of a shift changes?
There are two ways to handle changes to a shift’s duration.
> You can change the start/end time through the Upcoming Jobs page.
> The AT can file a shift modification that you have the chance to approve or decline.
5. Can I talk with the athletic trainer before the job?
If the AT is confirmed, you will have access to their contact information seven days before the shift. **Please note that Go4 tracks cancellation rates to monitor offline hiring, which violates our terms and conditions.
