Editing an Event
After you have posted an event, you can edit it at any time even after the event is posted. This includes the shift start time and end time, the pay rate, and even your Healthcare Professional applications
To start, log in to your account and go to your DASHBOARD. From there, click on the blue edit pencil to the right of your event to edit the entire event, directly under the ACTIONS section.
Listed are some common edits made to events:
Editing the Event Pay Rate

- Click on the Pay Rate textbox at the bottom of the page. Edit the pay rate and click UPDATE EVENT at the bottom to save the changes
- Note: The change in the event pay rate will ONLY apply to future applications. Should you have a confirmed Healthcare Professional and would like to change their pay rate, see Editing a Job below this section
- Click on the Pay Rate textbox at the bottom of the page. Edit the pay rate and click UPDATE EVENT at the bottom to save the changes
Edit the Shift Start Time and End Time

- Scroll down to the Start/End Time of Shift and click on the text box. From there, select your desired date and time. Click UPDATE EVENT at the bottom
- NOTE: The change in the Shift/End Time will ONLY apply to future applications. Should you have a confirmed Healthcare Professional and would like to change their shift start/end time, see Editing a Job below this section
- Scroll down to the Start/End Time of Shift and click on the text box. From there, select your desired date and time. Click UPDATE EVENT at the bottom
Remove a Healthcare Professional from an Event

- Should you like to remove a Healthcare Professional from an event for any reason, scroll down to the application. Select REMOVE FROM SHIFT. A confirmation text box will appear, Then, select YES, REMOVE. Click UPDATE EVENT at the bottom to save the change.
Editing a Job
Should you have a Healthcare Professional confirmed for a job and you would like to edit their pay rate or shift times, you can do that directly through the Dashboard of your account.
To start, click on the grey edit pencil to the left of your event. From there, select the blue edit pencil directly to the right of the word CONFIRMED. Click the blue edit pencil.
From there, an EDIT JOB text box will appear. From here, you will be able to edit The Shift Start/End Time, as well as the pay rate.
Make the changes you wish, then select Confirm.
The change will only reflect this Healthcare Professional specifically.
