How to edit a job posting
- From UPCOMING JOBS click EDIT in the actions section.
- Use the side navigation to find the section you need to change.
- Click UPDATE JOB to save changes and exit.
- Click SAVE & CONTINUE to save changes and progress to the next page.

How to edit Pay Rate
- Click Upcoming Jobs, click Edit, Click on Rate in the navigation.
- Edit the pay rate and click UPDATE JOB.
Note: Changing the pay rate this way will ONLY apply to future applications. If you have a confirmed AT and need to change their pay rate, see Editing a Job for a Confirmed AT below this section.
How to edit a shift's start or end time
- Click Upcoming Jobs, click Edit, click on SCHEDULE in the navigation.
- Find the shift you need to change and click EDIT.
- Select the desired date and time
- Click SAVE and then UPDATE JOB in the bottom right.
NOTE: Changing the Start/End Time will ONLY apply to future applications. If you have a confirmed Athletic Trainer and need to change their shift start/end time, see Editing a Job for a Confirmed AT below this section.
How to remove an athletic trainer from a job
- Upcoming Jobs > click the Job Name.
- Then click on the blue ATs arrow.
- Find the AT and click CANCEL, right next to where it says EDIT JOB.
How to edit a job for a confirmed AT
If you have an athletic trainer confirmed for a job and need to edit the date, pay rate, or shift times, follow these steps:
- Upcoming Jobs > click the Job Name.
- Then click on the blue ATs arrow.
- Find the AT and click EDIT JOB and make the required changes.
An EDIT JOB box will appear. Changes will only apply to this specific athletic trainer's shift.
How to edit a job location or a confirmed AT within the same job
Before making any location changes for a confirmed AT, you will need to make sure you have added the new location to the Profile section of the job. Haven't done so already? Follow the steps below:
How to Add a New Location to a Job:
- Click on Upcoming Jobs.
- Find the job you want to update and click Edit.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Where it says "How many locations are there?", change the number to 2.
- Click Update Job to save the changes.
- After updating, you will be able to set up the new location, including the address and shift times, supplies, EAP, etc
If the new location is already added to the job:
- Click Upcoming Jobs, then click the name of your job
- Click the blue ATs and click Edit Job.
- In the Edit Job modal, locate the Location field (under the rate field) and select the new location from the dropdown menu.
- The AT will be automatically notified of the change via email, and the new job details will be available in the app.
Note: Currently, we do not have the functionality to move an AT from one event to another.
