Decommits were changed to Callouts. Callouts are tracked on an athletic trainer’s profile if they call out from a confirmed job within seven days of when it starts. Callouts are used in an AT’s Reliability Score, which is shown to Job Posters as part of a job application. Reliability Scores compare the number of jobs worked to the number of callouts.
This change was made to provide context to callouts. They may be unavoidable at time, but a reliability score will show that it is not habitual behavior and gives more context around an AT’s work history on Go4.
How to Callout
If you can no longer work a shift, you can call out.
- Log into the Go4 App, and go to the MY JOBS section.
- Click the Callout button on the shift you can no longer work.
- Once submitted, the Job Poster will be notified, and you will no longer be scheduled to work the shift.
- Please SHARE the job with any ATs in the area to help fill it.
To see how many callouts you have, go to the EDIT PROFILE section of the Go4 app. Learn more about your profile section by clicking here.
Reliability Score
Athletic trainer profiles were enhanced to better inform hiring decisions. More information was added to showcase experience and Go4 work history.
New additions to athletic trainer profiles include:
- Reliability Score: which compares the number of jobs worked vs. Callouts (previously labeled Decommits).
- Would I hire this AT again?: the most recent rating that a Job Poster gave the AT. Ratings (Would you hire this AT again?) are kept private and are only shown to the organization that provides the rating.
