All password resets must be done via the mobile app.
To reset your password:
- Open the Go4 app on your phone
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Open the password reset email on your phone, not desktop, and follow the instructions.
Remember you cannot reset your password via desktop. Meaning you cannot submit a password reset on mobile and try to access the reset password email link on a desktop computer.
