Athletic Trainers receive the full compensation amount posted on the shift after services have been rendered and payment processing is complete.

Why Did Go4 Remove the 3% Processing Fee?

Go4 removed the payment processing fee to further invest in Athletic Trainers and ensure providers receive the full value of the opportunities they work.

This change allows Athletic Trainers to keep 100% of their earnings while organizations continue to pay Go4's service fee separately for access to the platform, marketplace, payment infrastructure, EAP generation, EMR tools, and hiring workflows.
