The Go4 Admin and Parent/Patient Portal provides secure access to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) created within the Go4 platform.

The portal is designed to allow authorized individuals to review injury documentation and medical records while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Access to medical records is controlled and only available to authorized individuals.

Parents, guardians, and patients who have been granted access may view records associated with their care.

Can a patient access their own medical records?
Yes. Patients may access records that have been made available through the portal.

Can parents access records for a minor?
Yes. Parents or legal guardians may access records for minors when appropriate permissions are in place.

Can organizations see all medical records?
No. Access is controlled based on permissions, privacy requirements, and the relationship to the care being provided.

Can Athletic Trainers share records with another healthcare provider?
Yes. Athletic Trainers may share records with another healthcare professional involved in the patient's care when appropriate.
